It’s supposed to be a horror movie, and to its credit, it truly felt like it was building up to something unsettling. The atmosphere was eerie, the tension kept rising, and I was waiting for that big moment to hit-but when it finally did, it came at such a painfully slow pace that it lost some of its impact. Don’t get me wrong, the movie was well-made and had its chilling moments, but the pacing dragged so much that I honestly wished I had watched it at 1.75x speed just to get through the slow burn a little faster.
